Items will be dispatched within 48 hours after receiving your order, stock permitting. During busy periods, the delay may be slightly longer.

• If items are out of stock, you will only be charged postage once per order, even if we send it out to you in more than one parcel.
• Your credit card will be charged after your goods have been dispatched.
• For customers in Canada only: If you are sending a cheque, please note that the item(s) will be sent once the cheque is cleared by the Bank. Please provide a certified cheque payable to CIE Worldwide .

Return and Refund policy

• You can receive a refund or exchange on items provided you return your goods within 14 days of the date on the purchase receipt
  
  
• Please complete the return form which you find in your parcel
  
  
• Goods are returned on your own expense
  
  
• We refund the full amount of the item. We do not refund the initial shipping cost
  
  
• Repayment on items intended as gifts can only paid to the person who made the initial payment with the purchase payment. If you decide to exchange an item, that person will be notified
  
  
• Items should be returned in its original state, any used or washed shirt will be excluded from the 14 days guarantee
  
  
• Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that we guarantee our products and its high quality for the above mentioned period of time and we will do everything we can to satisfy our clients. These terms apply regardless of the method of payment used to purchase the items. Tiba / CIE Worldwide’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by Tiba / CIE Worldwide to its customer. Tiba / CIE Worldwide shall not be reliable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way including but not limited to any loss/fees arising from local customs rules and regulations. Tiba / CIE Worldwide shall not be liable to any for a failure to comply with specific washing instructions stated in the garment, and in particular, we do not guarantee any shirt that has been washed with brightening materials resulting in a loss of colour over time.
  
  
• U.S. & Overseas customers: Please note on the customs slip that you are returning Canadian Merchandise with a $0 value.
  
  

GST/PST Taxes:

Canadian Taxes are excluded from all international sales. Please note that all overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and maybe affected Customs delays. Tiba / CIE Worldwide can not be held liable for any local import duties and taxes or any other fees related to local regulations.
